Bazan was 2-for-4 with a stolen base in the Class 6A softball title game against Comal Canyon and her run scored off wild pitch in fifth inning jumpstarted Atascocita to its first state title. Bazan was named championship game MVP. In the state semifinal against Plano, she was 3-for-4 with a double and three runs.
